Health: Choice of PPO plan or Opt-out. Employee pays portion over hard cap.

Dental/Optical: Up to $500 annual reimbursement for expenses

Term Life: $20,000, 100% County paid

Disability: Long-term, 100% County paid, 60% benefit, 90 day waiting period

Personal Time Off: 2 days per month

Maximum Accumulation:
 90 days

Maximum Payout:
60 days

Paid Holidays: 12.5 days per year

Retirement: Defined Contribution Plan, up to 5% County contribution

Vesting:
 5 years

Deferred Compensation: Optional Participation. No County contribution
