Services & Fees
Accepted forms of payment include cash, check, or credit card. All documents will cost $30 to record regardless of the number of pages.
Copy Fee
- Plat copy - $ 3 per page
- Real Estate Record copy - $ 1 per page
Certification Fee
$ 5 per document plus $1 per page. Fee for certification of any of the above copies. To be eligible for certification, the document must be copied in its entirety.
Search Fee
Searching the Real Estate Record per name $ 0.50 per year. There is a $5 minimum fee.
