What We Do

The Friend of the Court’s professional mission is to:

  • Provide assistance, information and respond to the needs of families involved in domestic relations actions in the 29th Family Court.
  • Encourage family cooperation in resolving matters of custody, parenting time and child support.
  • Enforce court orders of custody, parenting time and child support as required by law in an objective, respectful and timely manner.
  • Implement and utilize the Federally mandated computer system to perform required activities related to Court Ordered modification, reporting and enforcement of child support.
