Central Dispatch
Gratiot County Central Dispatch non-emergency phone line is 989-875-7505.
Due to an increasingly overwhelming volume of telemarketing and spam calls received each day, our non-emergency line is now answered by an auto-attendant system. This change allows us to reduce unnecessary call disruptions and ensure our emergency communications staff can focus on serving the public and our partner agencies more efficiently.
If you call the non-emergency number and need to speak directly with a dispatcher, you will simply need to say “Dispatcher.” The system will then prompt you to provide your name and phone number. Once this information is collected, you will be instantly transferred to an Emergency Communications Officer for assistance.
