The function of the Procurement Division of Financial Services is to provide centralized purchasing of materials, equipment, supplies and services. It is our goal to establish a uniform method of purchasing materials that are procured in an open and competitive manner. This division is also responsible for inventory and contract management for Gratiot County governmental work units. This includes developing and administering countywide purchasing contracts.
